Chair massage is a quick and inexpensive way to help reduce stress and give yourself a little break from the days, hectic schedule. With chair massage the body is placed in such a position the postural muscles relax and are more receptive to massage.

Paying attention to yourself (body awareness) is one of the more important ways to prevent illness and injury. Massage is just one of the many ways to reduce stress, increase longevity and to increase your daily comfort level. Come by and see me at the Main Street Coffee in Lake Stevens. Enjoy a cup of coffee (Jenny owns one of the better coffee shops in this region) and ask about available times and rates.

I am opening a new practice in downtown Everett, with Bill and Ruby Anderson in the Apothecary in Thyme store on Broadway. I hope to be practicing by the end of January. As with anything new, there are some bugs to be worked out. We hope to offer a full compliment of services, from Fitness training, massage and energy therapy, to aromatherapy and color techniques. You can contact me or any of the available therapists 425-252-6533 or come by and see us at 2531 Broadway Ave. in Everett.
